Our founder
For over 25 years, Philippe Toussaint has built a professional career in financial engineering, corporate administration and investment funds management at KPMG Financial Engineering (renamed Intertrust Luxembourg S.A), where Philippe spent thirteen years and was a member of the management team between 2009 and 2013.
This experience enabled Philippe to develop a strong international network in wealth and asset management, while he was responsible for developing markets across Europe, the Middle East and South America, working closely with several international financial intermediaries.
In 2012, Philippe left Intertrust and founded his own private family office based in Luxembourg: Allsaint Group Holding S.A.
The group also partners with three other entrepreneurial families to make common investments and develop joint-ventures. Together, they incorporate and support industrial, aviation, real estate, and consumer goods start-ups across Eurasia.
In this context, ALS Central Asia SARL acts as a co-owned Luxembourgish investment vehicle supporting these activities and long-term strategic objectives.
The group takes medium- to long-term operational stakes in the businesses it invests in and aims to deliver significant value to its partners. It is committed to investing in a sustainable and responsible manner, promoting local talent within its organizations and contributing to the communities in which it operates.
In parallel Philippe is President of the RSC Habay-La-Neuve, a national football club in Belgium and is involved in several other initiatives promoting sport and wellness.
